Entry Info

The size of the cycling challenge is yours to choose. Create a team of four with family, friends or workmates and compete in the relay. Pair up and enjoy two stages each. Take the easy way home and ride the final stage. Or set yourself the ultimate goal of riding the full course solo. There are category options to cater for riders of every experience level. Our qualified team are behind you all the way providing a safe and enjoyable on road Cycling Challenge.

We encourage entrants with all styles of cycles. The course can be ridden on road bikes, mountain bikes and any other bike that meets the safety standards. Riders of Electric Bikes are welcomed and will have a separate starting time for the solo event.

The 4 stages are evenly spaced with distances of;

4 person teams will change riders at the end of stages 1,2 and 3.  Paired Teams will change at the end of stage 2 at the 75 KM mark. Final stage riders will start from the 108 KM mark and ride to the finish.

Online Entries

Online Entries open on Tuesday May 3 2016 and close at Midnight on Thursday Dec 1 2016. Manual late entries will be received up to 8 pm on Friday at the event HQ at Saxton Field, Richmond.

Age Groups (minimum age 13 years, age is taken on the day of the event)

All age group category winners will receive an award at the event prize giving. Electric Bike (E Bike) riders can only compete for category wins with other E Bike entrants in any of the categories.

Refunds

Once your entry and payment has been received there will be no refunds issued for withdrawals. However your entry can be transferred subject to the following conditions.

Transfers

Your entry can be transferred to another person(s). Transfers can be available up until midnight Sunday November 27 2016.

To transfer an entry to someone else the initial registrant goes to tridentresults.com and logs in using their tridentresults.com account,  click on 'my orders' find the registration they wish to transfer and click the link ‘Signed Up' and then click link 'Change Owner' and then follows the necessary steps.

Cancellation

In extreme weather or Force Majeure the event may be cancelled at any time. In this situation entry fees are non-refundable. Your entry fees will be transferred in part or whole to the next edition of the event.
